Terms of use

Last updated 14 October 2026

ScrollEstore is operated by [company name], a company registered in Nigeria (RC [number]), at [registered address]. In these pages "we" means [company name] and "you" means anyone who uses scrollestore.com.

1. Who can use ScrollEstore

Anyone can buy. To sell you must be at least 18, live in Nigeria and have a Nigerian bank account in your own name (or your registered business name), because payouts are made in Naira.

2. Your account

Keep your password safe and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You may sign in on up to three devices at a time.

3. Selling

  • You may only sell products you created or have the right to sell.
  • You set your prices, product descriptions, and your own store terms, privacy and refund policies, and you are responsible for keeping your promises to buyers.
  • You must follow our acceptable use policy.
  • We may take down products or suspend stores that break these terms or the law.

4. Fees and payouts

We charge a fee on each sale according to your plan, shown on our pricing page. The fee includes the payment processor's charge. Sale money becomes available to withdraw after the number of business days set by your plan. Before your first withdrawal you must verify your identity. We may hold a withdrawal while we review unusual activity.

5. Plans

Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. When you cancel, you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for. If a renewal payment fails, you have 7 days to pay before your store moves to the free plan.

6. Buying

When you buy, you buy from the creator, not from us. We process the payment on the creator's behalf. Refunds are covered by the creator's refund policy and our refund policy. Ebooks are read in your library and cannot be downloaded or shared.

7. Content and copyright

Creators keep the rights in their products. By selling on ScrollEstore you allow us to store, show and deliver your products to buyers. See our copyright policy.

8. Our liability

[To be completed by our lawyer: limits of liability, warranties, indemnity.]

9. Ending your account

You can close your account at any time from Account settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Money owed to a creator is still paid after checks.

10. Changes and governing law

We will tell you by email before changes to these terms take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. [Dispute resolution clause to be completed by our lawyer.]
